Design thinking
Salt truly believe in the transformational power of end-to-end design thinking and its ability to have a positive effect for both the client and the consumer.
Design Thinking is a fundamental process to ensure that products answer the needs and values of the customer. However, design is more than just thinking, design is also about feeling. As humans our first reaction to everything is emotional then it is rational, and they both have to exist in a state of perfect unity. At Salt we believe that we have to live in a functional and beautiful world.

SALT DESIGN ORIGINS
With a degree in transport design, Andrew Pope began his professional career working as a Junior Designer with a large British luxury boatbuilder where he ultimately went on to direct an industry leading design and engineering team which has been responsible for award winning exteriors and interiors.
Some 25 years later after those early beginnings with a passion for creative considered design, Andrew started Salt Design Studio.
